Utilising a site that was almost 10 years old, Parafix required a rethink of their digital experience that would give them a competitive edge. We rose to the challenge – creating a site that engaged customers and increased conversions.
The length of an average session for a Parafix site was not reflective of the size and reach of the company. Customers were not spending enough time to explore deeper content. The goal was to give users an experience that was informative and engaging at the same time.
With a vast catalogue of products at their disposal, it was never an easy feat to find an intuitive approach to filter and navigate the Parafix product library. A made to measure product selector and wishlist offered a resounding final answer to the question of cluttered product inventory. With the ability to filter to exact products by physical attributes or by softer categorisation, users can build a wishlist that meets their engineering design specs in a just a few clicks.
Our interactive FAQ has already won a lot of praise. Its easy to navigate system means that common and uncommon questions are bound with relevant answers and rich content to both educate and persuade.
